Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period from the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To start a return, please contact STORTSLURF B.V., 372 Old St, EC1V 9AU London, United Kingdom, by email at info@stort-slurf.uk with your order details. We will send the return instructions by email.

Please return the item unused, with proof of purchase, in its original packaging and condition.

By original condition we mean:
– Keep all original packaging and labels in good condition.
– Do not use the product.
– Remove any personal data and do not register the product to a user.

Once we receive your return, we usually refund the purchase price within 5 working days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
